Query on BBMP certificate after construction completion

Hi

I am constructing two floors of house in a 30*40 plot in Bangalore. I have got plan approval from BBMP and started construction. I want to know after completion of construction do I need anything else from BBMP? I have read about occupancy certificate for apartments which have more than five units but since mine is a single unit is there anything else that I need to get done after construction?

Dear Sir,
Occupancy Certificate is not required/issued for G+1 residential building constructed in 30feetX40feet, but construct as per the sanctioned plan to avoid issues. 5% of Deviation is permitted with penalty.

Hi,

This thread is very useful.

I Am constructing a G+ FF + SF(Duplex) so ideally G+3levels(30x40 site) on a B-khata there is no plan for this, as we all know, BBMP gives no plan.
So in this case, what is the work around, can anyone share your exp.
