I think you can cure with borewell water.
Borewell water may be hard due to magnesium and calcium salts and do scaling but it won't be with chloride ions like seawater IMHO.

Concrete is attacked by sulphates and chlorides

Thanks visualizer for your inputs. So salty bore water is not an issue for house construction right?

When you say Salty what it means ?
Usually bore water is hard and not salty.

What kinda salt you are talking about ?

Hi chandraklc
I don't see any issue with using borewell water in bangalore, most borewell water in bangalore are hard but not salty. Infact 95% of tanker water supplied in bangalore are also borewell water only. If you are really concerned about salt content you can get it lab checked for salt ratio ( not hard water testing ).
In fact people use borewell water on the coastal side constructions for curing as salt content are not high like sea water.

thank you very much Visualizer and Praveen for your valuable inputs on the queries. i think i was confused about hard and salt water. if there is no problem in hard water for construction then its good.
thanks again to both of you for clarifying the doubt.
