BSK VI Stage House Plan Approval Authority

Hi,

I hold a site in BSK VI Stage 6th Block and planning to construct. I heard that BDA is not taking any applications for Plan approvals and directing to BBMP though it's not yet handed to BBMP. Please anybody clarify on this.

Also, any update on the BWSSB cauvery connection coming? Hoping to see replies.
