How safe to buy site in Teacher's layout vidyaranyapura ?

Hi ,

I came across couple of sites in Teacher's layout vidyraranyapura which is adjacent to Defence layout.

Here sites are supposed to A Khata sites .

Any idea about this layout ? Anybody knows more about this layout ?
