Construction of new House on 30*40 - Hanumanth Nagar

Hello All,

Me and my brother are planning to construct a new house on a existing 30*40 plot.

We are currently collating details regarding finding a good architect / building contractor/bbmp agent to do the work related to
plan approval in hanumanth nagar (bsk 1st stage).

If any one has a good reference of building contractors/bbmp agent/architect, would be helpfull.

We have plans to construct two duplex houses as we might need individual khata for our houses.
