Need Inputs on Classic Paradise layout in Begur Raod

Hi Friends,
I am planning to buy a site in Classic Paradise layout in Begur road ,Near to Dup heights.I would like to know more about the layout.
Is it worth buying the site for investment in a span of 2-3 years.If any legal issues needs to be considered and any suggestions regarding the layout is highly appreciated.

I am buying 30X50 site at 1900/-psqft West facing.

Also suggest a good lawyer who can dig everything and provide a good feedback and also suggest the bank from which I can take loan.
Please also suggest any other layouts for ready to construct at this price .
