Looking for a 30x40 BDA plot in Anjanapur BDA layout. Maximum price 3500/sq.ft. Owners please contact, brokers/resellers (with agreement) please excuse.

3500 is max, may be 100-200 more for best sites in entire anjanapura layout. So be aware if someone quoting any magical numbers.

Thanks...to me some blocks look worth only 3000..so extra 500 is for premium sites. So that's the limit. I hope I hear soon from someone.

3500+ category is good sites only anjanapura 10th and 11th block, other block sites are less.

3500 seems on the higher side. It is not a good idea to quote the price you are willing to pay even before you hear from prospective sellers.

Hi guys, even i have been looking for a site in south bangalore region, and completely agree that 3.5k is on higher side looking at the state of development, but frankly no one is quoting below that, minimum i found was 3.2k/sq feet for a 30X20 site in BSK VI stage 2nd block site. So please let me know if anyone is aware of someone selling at a more reasonable price. Kask_76 , did you find any?

@PlotGuy - if I quote my upper limit, it doesn't mean I pay that if the site doesn't deserve it. I did that just to keep out all the brokers/resellers who bloat the price. But then I am not an expert at this, but can't help it now that the cat is out of the bag.

@jpnagarprop - I agree and thanks for your inputs

@vishwas_bda - not much luck yet . but please don't succumb to paying more than a site deserves. by doing that we start a bad trend.
