Dear Expert/friends

I want opinion on the payment schedule given by contractor attached here.
Is it ok or need any fine tuning? In terms of amount and stage of construction.

Any tips on safety of our money with contractor during construction.

Any advice will be useful and helpful.
Please give your quick reply in this regard.
