Hidden Charges in Apartment Sale from All Builders

Hi All,

I would like to reveal some illegal hidden charges charged by builders to buyers....

Analogy: Do you give even Rs 500 to someone without any reason, answer is no.... they why pay your hard earned money 6+ Lakhs illegal hidden charges to builder ....

Let me List all illegal hidden charges levied on customers by reputed builders like MAntri, Purvankara, Brigade and even all choto mota builders...

1. Car Parking: 2 Lakhs [by High Court and Supreme Court judgement, builders should not sell CAr PArking, Car parking should be Complimentary to flat buyer, search in google you will get case and judement details, any builder not following this judgement is dishonor to court and you can file a case on builder and get your car parking charge of 2 lakhs back to your account]....

So please wake up all doumb sheeepsss.. and fight for your money....

You can unite together in apartment association and file a case with the help of lawer... and get your money back....

2. Club membership fee: 1 Lakh [Builder have made it manditory to all apartment buyers, opt out of club membership fee, Club membership should be complimentary]

3. Maintenance Deposit: 2.5 LAkhs [ Reputed builders charge huge money for maintenece deposit upfront, this is illegal, if builder charges maintenece deposit like 2+ lakhs ask them to make ur apartment maintenece fee waived Off for life time]...

4. Generator Charges: 50K [For each flat builders charge 50K generator Charges, say if you have 200 flats in one apartment, u can practically never imagine builder installing a generator worth 1 Crore]

5. water bwssb and electricity Charges: 1.5 Lakhs [ when you dont have cauvery water for your apartment where does BWSSB charge come into picture, ask builder to give breakup and ask him to show receipts paid by builder to BWSSB and Electricity board, it will not even come to 10K per Apartment]


All the above charges will account for around 6 Lakhs illegal money darely collected by builders...

it simply day robbery by white collar builders.... and all sheeeps , bakrassss, who dont have voice to fight are falling like one sheep falls in pond all sheeps will follow and fall in pond...

If you really value for the money you have earned... wake up all salaried people in blore.... form forums amoung the new buyers , group together if you are buying flats in same apartment and fight for juistice... group together in your apartment associations if you have already fallen in trap and get back the illegally charged money by builders, its a matter of putting one case that will bring juistice to entire bangalore or Indian Cities from the grasp of monopoly of builders charging innocent salaried proffesionals...

Wake up, wake up.....

Hope this thread will put thinking caps of all salaried proffesionals and induce the sense of Juistice in your minds from blindly falling in trap of builders....

these payments are actually bribe paid to BWSSB, BESCOM etc to get approvals! it cant be shown in white or receipts.. but those are expected rates..

The topic starter is absolutely right. maintenance deposits and again maintenance charges doesnt makes sense. if he opens and a/c and deposit all the maintenance deposts collected from us, he will easily get the interest and can use them for maintenance. for villas it is around 15k. u buy a 2 cr worth house and again pay 15k for it like u r paying rent. isnt it a joke?
