Suggestion Needed

Friends,

Here is my observation : There are some layouts on chandapur that are in range of 1k psf. I have not visited all but have read it in paper and internet.
There are some layouts that i have visited but are expensive. Not sure why.

I plan to buy site and construct house after 5 years. Which are good layouts near to e-city with BMRDA approval.
Should be free from litigation. I know it is tough but some pointers that could help my decision would be great.
