View on ARK Serene County Apartments.

Hello All,
Can you please let me know about your valuable views on ARK Serene County apartments coming up near Hope farm Junction. Is it advisable to buy an apartment there? Would like to know about the area and its future growth. Please let me know your comments at the earliest which would be helpful in deciding me to go proceed further. Their current quotation is Rs 3150 per sqft . Is that fine for that area.
