Cost of Compount Wall construction

I have recently bought a site in Marathalli and would like to get the plot fenced by a prper compound wall all round with a small gate in the front. The total perimiter (all four sides put together) length of the wall is 215 ft. I intend to have a 4ft high compount wall with hollow bricks. Can you please suggest me what would be the total cost if I contract out as total package? As I'm staying abroad I would like to give total contract package to a trustworthy contractor. So, can you also suggest from your experirnce a trustworthy contractor?
