BEML 10th stage near channasandra

I'm planning to purchase a plot with 1200Sq.ft area in BEML 10th stage formed by BEML Housing co-operative society. As i enquired, the rate is from 3100-3600 for a plot facing East/North for a 30X40 measurement. But i found two issues here: 1. Not all the plots are released by BDA as the society is yet to complete the development works and get the final release order from BDA 2. There is a legal case registered at "Registrar of co-operative socities", Chamarajpet, Bangalore by the senior BEML employees saying that the sites were not allocated by the earlier president based on seniority.

RE agents are usually showing plots which are coming under either of these issues. I'm totally confused.

Can somebody comment on this layout.

Always beware of Real Estate Agents. They never give you fair service inspite of exploiting both the seller and the buyers.
