current rate in Railways Colony near Ullal or Dgroup layout

Just wondering if any one knows this Railways Colony Bhavani Nagar near the new RTO computerised driving track school. Whats the rate around there? Roads seems to be done well from vidhyanikethan school towards Basti which links back to those D Group layout. Any feedback/infos regarding Railways lay out or D group lay out in shi gandha kaval is highly appreciated.
