Guys,

Can anyone let me know about legal clearances of this project. The guy has no where mentioned the approval numbers ( Or probably it is still in progress )

I am planning to buy in Wing-w ( does it have approvals )

1. And what is current running rate psq.ft?
2. I also heard the built-up area carpert area ratio is only 70% which is poor. Is that correct ?
3. Any idea about quality of construction?
