Please suggest good layouts to buy plot in banglore south

we plan to buy a plot in banglore north with below details

- BDA or BIAAPA sites with 30x40
- suitable for house construction in 1-2 years
- not too far from city
- somewhere in 20L to 30L range

request members to please share suggestion .

Hi,

I would suggest Bank officers layout, BCMC layout, or Jayanagar Housing co-operative society in bangalore south as reasonable, BDA approved, and also quite near (13kms to 14kms from city centre - is it relevant????) to jayanagar.
Check the forum for some sites in these areas posted by me and others for further info.

Dear Mehernath,

Could you please confirm the current prevailing market rates in the above layouts mentioned by you. As this will help me to take some decision and choose the layout.
I would prefer either North or East.
