good agent in banaswadi area

Can ayne recommend a good agent in banaswadi area dealing in HRBR/OMBR?Kammanahalli areas . We are interested in 20*30 BDA duplex houses there buy=t have not been able to strike a deal beause of agent issues.Please suggest someone easy to deal with and charges less comission
