I would value your opinions and suggestions regarding the running rate in this area.

Abhee79, I only came across these so called Telecom, and postal society layouts in that area. Are you looking at these layouts or something else?

Yes...near bettanahalli only Telecom, Postal and ITC employees housing society...but none of this has allocated sites to the society member (its in process) in case of society its good. if its private check the paper and other things...location wise its good. There is no current/fixed rate once the telecom & other society sites allocated to members area development work will start automatically...if u can bargain to 750 good price
