BDA to construct Commercial complex at sumanahalli ring Road

The State Government, which had allotted it 63 acres on a 30-year lease, had decided to take back the land when the lease expired in 2008
There is a proposal from BDA that, it is planning to construct convention centre, a star hotel, commercial and retail centre.

its really good initiation from BDA for good development of city and also to rethink on collecting revenue for its development works.
By doing this way, the area surrounding to summanahalli ring road will improve & anyway government will provide shelter to the begger in a different place so shifting should not be a problem.

The question is how many years BDA take to complete this project ?
