What is the cess for BDA plan approval?

I had been to BDA office recently for the plan approval and the concerned engineer told me that there might be some cess involved . Looks like its related to size of the construction am planning for. Any idea how much it will be for 1600 sqft residential house? Also for this area, what will be the charges for approval ? I have the plan from my architect and hence I assume, the agent will have to get the plan ( according to BDA norms ) done, ammonia copies taken and then get the approval . Any idea what will be the total cost including bribes ? Also I dont have my elevation ready yet. But the agent is telling that he will go with some elevation and it does not matter. Is that right? Atleast am insisting him to have the room positions matching with whatever my actual plan will be .
