Recession anyone? This was an 800 Crore deal for a 15 acre very-slightly-developed (1 building housing LSI Logic) IT park on the Outer Ring Road.

No wonder the burgeoning IT Infra space needs to be matched by equal housing space. Explains the mushrooming of high rise apartment jungles all around Bangalore.

I think this deal just set another benchmark for real estate prices and potential in Bangalore!
