2 more Important aspects in Site / plot selection

Hi,

Apart from many things that you need to look for buying a site, some of my inclusions are:
1. Electric pole and the hanging wires in front of the site. (If it is in front of the site, very annoying and does not give a great look for the site). You can atleast take a 1% additional weightage in the rate of the site if the electric pole and its hanging wires are not there).
2. Schedule of the site with respect to the boundaries in the sale deed, vis a vis the actual on site.
