What is the procedure to change the name in a BDA Katha

Hi Members,

Have recently bought a site in BSK 6th Stg. Wanted to know what is the procedure to change the BDA Katha to my name.

The broker who settled the site for me informed me that he would do it, for which i need to give a photo copied set of the alotee's doucments along with the registered doucments in my name as well as the original Katha, which has to be submitted to BDA, only then the name in the Katha would change & this entire process would take 15-30 days. Is this true?

I guess u r in need of khtata transfer not to change the khata to ur name

Yes the docs mentioned by u are required, and the official mentioned process takes 15 days, but my experience has 2 months to get this done.
If u can manage to visit BDA office regularly on saturday than u could save around RS 3K to 4K to support Annaji
