Plots at Kogilu vill_Yelahanka

I had a 30X40 plot at Kogilu vill (Venkateswara Layout) purchased a few yrs back..I am told that same is under acquisition by BDA due to Peripheral Ring Road construction..As it is part of the society ,I am going by the Promoter's words, who says that the compensation being offered is paltry and hence the landowners will be at a gross disadvantage..the case appears be to be dragging for quite some time anyone can throw some light on this subject?what is the way out?
