with Homeloan nearing all time high. Property prices not in reach of common man. To TOPP it, govt increasing the registration cost every now and then.

Dont you think there would be hit in home sales?

every market is cyclic. once it goes up, it needs to come down for some time to allow every one to get settled. After 2007 peaks, Real Estate market suddently picked up in the last one year and reached the new highs and now again its trying to normalise itself. Market will be of least interest for the investors for some more period. As propsoed if the state government revises the Guidance value of the Bangalore City and the Rural District, its impact will be much more visible.

Already many have witnessed in the Reality Expo's happening every fortnight either at lalith Ashoka Hotel or in the Palace Ground where majority of the Builders/Developers are show casing their unsold projects and properties only and not comig up with the new projects.
