Hi All,

I am looking for a site 30x40, in aecs layout, bomannahalli/ kudlu village area..
I checked with some brokers there who say the rates at 2500/- psft..

But I am not willing to pay anything in black, I need to go for loan from bank and 20-25% which I need to pay is only what I have.
Both owners and brokers are welcome to respond..
