Banashankari 6th stage

I have an offer from a seller for a 40 x 60 site at Banashankari 6th stage 4th block. The site is west facing, has 40 ft wide road and elevated area. Site is little far from the 100 ft road. He is quoting a price of Rs 2000 per sq ft. Is it reasonable?

Hi, it is a private developed layout or direct allotted site in BSK6 4th block? the price Rs 2000 for 4th block is very reasonable for a private developed layout and Rs 1850 is the reasonable price for direct allotted ...
