Whatz this windows sill plate concrete mean...
my engg has given all windows sill plate concrete.
what does it actually mean

HI ,
Window sill plate are either concreted or use granite .This is the portion below the window to avoid water seepage in to the wall.Any horizontal surfaces in the building has chances of rain water entering in to the the wall ,so they provide concrete or stone coping on parapet walls too.
