Is it ok to buy B katha Site in shivram karanth nagara behing jakkur flyover?
Is there any problem buying and construction house?

First question you must answer : Does your site fall in BBMP limits ? What was the controlling authorithy earlier ?
Do you have katha with that authority already? Is the land DC converted ?

And remember, If it is B katha .. no loans from bank. You can buy with cash

and also if it falls in BBMP you won't get plan approvals for house constructions.. you have to wait till the court case has concluded

just for your info based on my earlier exp in this area.

Some of the layouts in this area including MCEHS, doesn't have the actual layout plans
Even many of the existing owners also doesn't have it. without a layout plan, How to
verify the plot exhists in reality ?.

Please ensure to verify all necessary documents and make due deligence.

You are right. Can you give an idea of how layout plan ( approved one ) looks like
I had seen my friend has a layout plan which just shows the sketch and dimensions ( not stamps, signatures, any child can quickly sit and draw it )
Many of the owners in those layouts don't have DC conversion or approval of the layout even by any competent authority. ( It should be either CMC or atleast panchayat)

When I go into the details they say we don't have approval plan with us .. how ignorant they are, they simply bought that from some 'X' person..
May be to get plan approvals for your house construction, you have to bribe someone inBBMP or BDA
