How to approch BDA for Plan Approval

Dear Friends,

Could you please help me with the procedue for getting Plan approval from BDA, since my site is approved my BDA and a lot of guys are saying that it is very difficult to get approval while you approvch directly without any agents or middlemen and it will cost 30000-50000 for approval

Any information regarding this will be helpful
