The running price is in Vijayanagar 4 stage 2 phase as below

MUDA site - 800-1000

Muda approved sites - 500-800

Most of the MUDA approved layouts are not connected to the main drainage system. They have septic tanks.

vijayanagar 4th stage is a very huge area and the rates are not uniform for all the zones.

Within this 4th stage, 1st phase is having higher price than 2nd phase.

Even within 2nd phase there are price varies based on the accessibility/connectivity.

In my opinon, Rs.2,200 could be for some commercial site, not for a residential one, especially for a 50X80 dimension.

As you said Vijayanagar 4th stage 2nd phase is very vast and also varies in price depending on the accessability. I am looking for 60*40 site of any direction on the Basavanahalli Road, preferrably corner site. I want to know the approximate price per sq feet and also I want to know anyone is ready to sell.
