Today morning I happen to see Suvarna News which spoke of Vyalikaval Housing Society which developed a layout in Vijayanagar has falsely changed its plan to Obtain approval from BDA.

70 sites do not have Khata and people are not getting necessary aprovals for building houses.Beware of that Layout and society.

Although not directly related to viayanagar, another link from deccanherald telling the vyalikaval society benefitting big players like manyata and vaishnavi builders who are non members of the society through fraudelent means.
