JP Nagar 8th Phase 3rd Block

Hi all -

I own 30*40 site in JP Nagar 8th Phase, 3rd Block and I have been hearing that, there are few sites in this layout are notified, but I never recieved any notifications from BDA. Can I anyone please let me know where can we find the list of the sites that are notified?

I also learnt from Deccan Herald news paper that allocating the alternate sites procedure is also stopped. Can anyone please give me whether my site comes under Sir M V Layout land? If not, how can I confirm if my site belongs to that layout?

Hi,

Any one aware of this 100 feet road that will be constructed from JP Nagar 8 phase to NICE road. I happened to bump into one of the real estate agents in that area and he shared this info. He was telling some of the plots will be acquired for road construction and the plots have been identified and respective owners notified.

Well, NICE corridor is access controlled and has entry/exit at specific junctions. So this road cannot join NICE road. I guess the real estate agent is just trying to give some bogus news.

I really doubt this news is true. Because , am well connected with many folks in Royal County / JP Nagar 8th Phase . Nobody has ever told anything of this sort. Though somebody was telling me that there was a plan for monorail to Anjanapura, elevated above JP Nagar 8th phase 80ft road , through Kembethehalli, nobody seems to be aware of a connection to NICE road. Again many houses are being built closer to 80ft road here, with BDA approval , and if this plan was there, I really doubt BDA would give approval for constructions there.
