Looking out for 30*40 site Narayana Nagara 2nd phase

Hi All,

I'm looking to buy a 30*40 plot with budget of 25-30 lakhs, in Narayana Nagara 2nd phase or BDA employees layout. I have started looking from 4 months and i really pissed off with these RE agents..so better ignore. They are just simply hyping and controlling the price. Direct land owners pls let me know.

Facing: West/North.

Like i said, i have seen RE agents are simply hiking up the prices for their benefits inspite of slight slump in the market.

Narayana Nagara: 2100-2500 (completely hyped price), actual price is of what have heard from land owners = 1800- 2300 max irrespective of any facing
BDA Emp: 2500-2800(completely hyped price), actual price is of what have heard from land owners = = 2100- 2500 max irrespective of any facing

correct me if am wrong on the pricing.
