Construction in a 22x40 south facing site

I am planning to buy a site of dimensions 22x40, it is a south facing site.

Please let me know, if i would need to follow all the bye laws related to the offset.

Definatly. You should have to 8% on left, right and behind and 12% at front. But i think this data varies on width of road site facing also.
