Running rates in BDA Emp layout

Running rates in BDA Emp layout

Hi all,

Did anyone bought land in this BDA Employee layout which is in narayana nagara. Is it really worth of buying a property in BDA Employees layout. And, right now there are no houses constructed, wondering why..? Does anyone have idea about the running rates of BDA in this area.

Any thoughts would be helpful

running rates Rs.2200/- to Rs2500/-. Not worth paying more.

Guys,

Be careful about this plot i heard this plot has been made on top of some lake...and also in case of heavy rain water will lag...not sure about this just esquire properly before buying
