How to get PID from BBMP

I bought a property on Feb 2011 and the khatha transfer to my name was done on June 2011.
I am planning to pay the tax for 2011-2012. When I checked online by
giving 2008-2009 application number it still shows the previous owner's
name, is that the way it works because in 2008-2009 that person has
payed the tax.

Is there anything special I need to do while I pay the tax this year as
I just got the katha in my name. Please suggest.

And I don't have any property ID on my previous tax receipts.
Please let me know the procedure to get PID.
