BDA v/s BBMP plot
BDA v/s BBMP plot
If a plot that is in a unapproved layout get a BBMP A khata will it be as safe as buying a plot in a BDA approved layout? Or can this cause any other problems also in the future? Is a plot with BBMP A khata coming under BBMP jurisdiction equivalent to a BDA approved plot?

It is always better to go for the BDA approved layouts.If a layout is not BDA approved then it should have a NOC from BDA mentioning that they have not notified this land/building till date.But they dont mention about the future plans.So in this case, you have to take the calculated risk.For this, all other documents should be clear and pakka,so that in the worst case (1%of chance)if BDA issues the notice for acquisition, then you can get the compensation.If the documents are not clear and if the property has litigation, it is hard to get the compensation.
Point to note: We are not sure when BDA issues notices to people.Even the BDA layouts (sites allotted by BDA) get notifications.For Ex-BSK_III stage road widening plan is going on.
