Akshaya layout beyond Koshy's hospital

I was visiting Akshaya layout near Koshy's hospital recently and found the layout to be tidy and developed. It will be nice to know if this is BDA approved and what are the rates there.
All the art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on....

It is not BDA approved. Not sure about the rates. Might be between 1500- 2000
