Residential Site required for immediate purchase

Hello,

I am looking for buying a residential site (preferably BDA, BDA-approved site or with NOC or BBMP site in good location). The location should be particularly in North Bangalore. Preferably in places like Vidyaranyapura, anywhere near Sahakarnagar, Hebbal, Hebbal-kempapura, Tata Nagar, Telecom society layout, HMT layout, BEL Layout, Tennis village, AMCO layout, Pampa Layout etc.
The residential site should be free from litigations, loan-able property (composite loan), clean papers, without any agreements between the owner and agent etc.

James, I am looking for immediate construction and stay. Had I been looking for investments, I would have liked to go with you. I am also open for BBMP sites but in good location.
