i had earlier posted a message 3/4 months back for buying an apartment in this project. i am happy to inform the members that i have registered a 3 BHK corner apartment 1740 sft fully furnished at 56 lakhs. full payment in white ( missedout on a number of offers because nobody agreed for full settlement in white ). for info of members. chandramouli

i understand there are any number of apartments available for sale in this complex. all the apartments i saw were thru agents. the one i bought is also thru an agent. but i have seen a number of ads in TOI sunday edition recently reg sale by owners also. generally they all quote around 60 lakhs for an unfurnished 3 BR 1745sft apartment. u need to negotiate hard for lowering the figure. i had also come across ads for 2 BR aprtments at 46 lakhs. u may take the actuals i have paid for guidance. if u want to go thru agents i can give u the details of those which i dropped because of black money demands.

also the adjacent 2 BR apartment to mine ( also furnished ) is also for sale and is owned by the same person from whom i bought. he has asked me also to let him know if there are any serious buyers known to me. so if u r ok with a 2BR apartment i can give u his contact details. since he knows the price at which he has sold the 3BR apartment it may be easy for u to finalize the deal reasonably. all the best.

Is this the same one on kanakapura road on the right hand side across Shankara? What are the other amneties in there? CLub House, S pool etc? What is the maint charges?

Did you pay additional money for car park etc?

BBMP is not allowing khata transfer even when A khata exists with the owner in the GOKULAM apartment as the betterment charges running to Rs.4 crores have not been paid till now by the India Heritage Foundation.

sorry biddappa. i made a wrong statement by mistake. i availed of a loan from city union bank. but i want to clarify that it was possible because their management team is family friend of ours. chandramouli

couple of months back i read, by ISKON organisation handed over this project to mantri developers, due to legal obligation as they are a trust and they cannot execute such projects for commercial interest and later mantri group started demanding extra money from the already booked members.

can someone clarify all those issues are solved now ?
