Prominence - Madhu Industries
You can contact their sales representative Ranganath +919739289989
Specify you need sound insulation and ask for double and triple layer glass. Layered Glass will be expensive but still cheaper than other options.

Fennista is seriously overpriced and I didn't find their dealers fair. It was suggested by my architect and I suspect they should be offering a good cut to architects.
Just to give you an idea for my whole house these are quotes I received.

Fennista in their experience centre they never give any kind of per square feet rate even of you ask most basic 6'x4' 60mm slider and insist that they should visit cite. Initially their person never showed up and finally when one day my arch called and I told him that I have got quotes from 2 others and decided against fennista they started following me up.

Inital quote 18L( over the phone) for whole house later when I refused to talk to them reduced to 13L + 48K for installation (in email) so this much of margin and discount makes me weary.

Aparna Venister Initial quote 13L I didn't reply to them as I had third lower quote they reduced by themselves to 7.5 L. Actually it was their sales strategy mistake they first want to give same quote as Fennista and then show discounts. However this is something which made me decide not to go with them.

Madhu Industries (Prominence) both Initial and final quotes 7.5L fixed and they said they won't negotiate and were quite transparent showed me all the glass options including heat rejection, sound insulation colour etc and were transparent in giving per square feet rate.
so I liked them.

All quotes for white profile. It's not possible to give break up in this post as there are too many things

Aparna and Prominence are made in India.

There are cheaper chinese UPVC but the issue is they become yellowish. UPVC has titanium dioxide which gives white colour , stability and gives resistance against UV rays and prevents frame becoming brittle. Cheap chinese ones cut on titanium dioxide so turn yellow and brittle.

About aluminium frames they rattle a lot some people cite Hindalco or domal from jindal but these companies only give sections and riveting cutting is done by fabricators and there lies the problem. The tolerance values are very high and the windows rattle with wind load.

So we have a partition wall, which does not run till the ceiling. It’s partially left open for glass fitment. The total area is approximately 70sqft.
This partition wall actually divides our portion of the house to the tenants. So we wanted this this sound proofed.

What is the span of the area ? Is it big like 7' (W) x 10' (H)

Simple jumbo size 10 mm toughened glass fitted with fishmouth channel at top and bottom should be 350-400 rs per square feet and edges can be sealed with silicon this should be good enough to deter normal domestic sounds. You will need 8 or 10 mm glass like shop windows if span is big else for smaller section width normal 6mm will do.
