Need feedback on Maxworth Reality

Hi All,

I am planning to finalize the purchase of a plot of Maxworth Reality's Orchird phase III for 650-670 per sqft. This is the first site, that i am buying from this company.

Kindly share your experience about your past and current experiences with Maxworth company.

This would help in taking right decision.

They will lure you with EMI schemes etc and promise to get approvals for the project soon. But they never come. Make sure this project has BIAPPA approval already in place before you commit.

Dear All,

Please do not purchase any property from Maxworth Realty India Pvt Ltd. I have invested in Max Orchirds Phase III and started paying EMIs from 2013 till date. But till now this project is not approved by BIAPPA neither they are giving back my money which I invested. Please do not trust Maxworth Reality India Pvt Ltd staff. Iam struggling hard to get back my invested money.

Advise you not to go with Maxworth reality.

They do not have satisfactory track record and majority of their customers have very bad experience. Many of the customers neither got their plot nor their money back.

Moreover the Chairman of this company is very much involved in politics and even contested from Kolar constituency during the last assembly elections and lost.
So beware, if you raise your voice for a after realizing the facts, he can even file a fake 'Atrocity' case on you with the police, just b'cos he is from the particular 'caste'.
