Require plot in and around Banashankari Bus stop (2 kms)

Hi,

I am looking for a plot / built house for purchase in and around Banashankari Temple Bus stand. The plot/house should be easily accessible from the main road with decent surrounding.

I would prefer direct owner but if a genuine broker with a proper service charge with good network in this area would also do.

The property should be a BDA/BMRDA approved one with all documentation eligible for loans.

I am not looking at apartments as there are many apartment in this area and most of them are cramped with out any proper facilities.
