buying site in Bangalore south

I am new here and i was looking to buy a site in Bangalore south. I have identified a site in aecs layout a khata site and manipal county road b khata site. Both are 500 meters far from hosur road. I am little confused and heard some issues with aecs layout. Plz suggest me or guide any other layout I can buy a plot.
