Is 110 rs per kg for metal staircase a good rate ? I am trying to get (60/kg for material and 30/kg for labor). My staircase specifications posted here

I am planning to go for safety grill in my balcony for my house in the apartment at belathur, kadugodi.
Can someone please help on the size of the gauge which I should opt for and the per sqft cost.
Moreover even I want to put MS fabrication main door at the entrance my house. Do the Fabricators charge for this based on the per sqft or fixed amount?

Anyone here has got Sliding designs installed for the Main gate. Advantages/ disadvantages over a normal Swing Gate?
I am being charged Rs 350/- persqft for 16 gauge Main gate (box type gate not railings), but looking at option of Sliding design.
