Layout near Mandur

Hi,
I narrowed down to a plot near Mandur village (near Brilliant School).However, the layout is near 2KM radius the landfill (backside).

Question:
1) The dumping is promised to be stopped from Dec 1. So, I am good with this that no new dumping will be done.
2) What will happen to the existing leftover dump? Will it be cleaned up.

I am buying it only for investment purpose. So, I want to make sure there won't be any issue with the resale from the dumping perspective.
