Our search for residential plot is in progress. Came across a land in bande mutt, in kengeri satellite town.
The site was purchased directly from the Bandemutt swamiji in 2009 and the new owner is selling it now.
It is close to the Shiva temple there.
Please let me know the current price per sqft there and if this layout is safe and can we go ahead with this.
