Looking for 30x40 East or North facing BDA/BBMP A Katha site

All, Am looking for 30x40 East or North facing BDA/BBMP A Katha site to construct a house for myself in near future (not for investment purposes). My budget is INR 50 Lakhs. So, my dear frnds, can you pls advise/suggest any decent residential locations/layouts which has all basic amenities? Hi,

There are very few options in Bangalore North for getting a BDA or approved sites which are ready to build. I searched and searched and this is what I found
1>Telecom Layout (HBR 5th Block). But both sides have a Nala(drainage) and so did not like it a lot
2>Telecom Layout at Shivram Karanth Nagar, Between Manyatha Tech Park and Jakkur and close the MCHS Layout
3>MCHS layout (This has A khata, but not BDA approved, Prices quoting between 4 and 4.5k). Initally they wanted to make it BDA approved, but ended up selling the CA/Park sites. So be aware of something like No X/1, X/2 etc. Go for site numbers without any bar. This is what I found out, and some of them are B khata. But only priced 100-150 Rs lesser, as the whole land is converted, so they say no issue.
4>Kanakashree layout in Byrathi Hennur. There is one more Kanakashree at Bagalur, Hennur Main Road. But quite far off, few houses are there.
5>Vyalikaval layout which is in the news for all the wrong reasons and lot of court cases. Pretty cheap comparitvely. Opp Manyata Tech Park. Though it was BDA approved, lot of legal issues. Be very careful and compulsorily get the sign of original land owner and all the people in the family tree. This is now become like a private layout, but since it was BDA approved initially(don't know the exact status), it is well planned.

The next set is the DC converted layouts. There are a quite a number. Most of them are B Khata. Gated comuunities, so it is slightly safer. Priced around 3k at quite a number of places on hennur road. The rest are revenue sites which they quote are BBMP limits. But the moment you ask if they are loanable, you will hear sorry. In fact one broker outright rejected me and said, i will not come with you if you are looking for loanable sites. If you have full case you can let me know as number of layouts which are approved you can count with one hand.
