KHB Layout at suryanagar 2nd stage

Corruption is the evil here. no matter any govt.

the only advantage with any govt sponsored layout is legality will be clear, banks will give u loan, development will be done but not on time(they will do it on their own...for example BSK 6 stage, anjanapura, MSV---they are still doing.. i just dont know when they will complete. its almost 10 years ..still people go behind BDA layout . why? we all live in HOPE that some day , some govt will do ...ok its altogether different)

my cousin tried for BDA site 3 times and guess what he never got till date.

if u are serious in getting site close to surya nagar, u can get it in any decent layout near suryanagar.

one more update regarding KHB allotment. there is no seniority while applying. so, those who didn't get site or house in first phase of allotment, they would have got their allotment money back. i got this info from a khb employee.

so if we summarise,

whoever is having Money or MLA/ministry/Beaurocrat power, he will get the sites in KHB and not the genuine applicant.

Yes. that is correct. But money back is guaranteed in KHB (or BDA) if not allotted for sure.

Would these sites in KHB Surya Nagar be categorized as BDA or BMRDA approved sites? Please advise.
